| This is the brand I have highest hopes for as they seem to be struggling a bit with the world situation as it is. I would love to see more canines as usual. I wouldn't mind if they were toob sized, but the preferred scale is their "normal". Bush dogs zorros Dholes Ethiopian wolves Raccoon dogs Jackals Red wolves Mexican gray wolves A new african painted dog Possibilities are endless. They have made lots of really great birds and sharks too, so maybe a new model for those ranges. A frilled shark or sea eagle perhaps? I really hope for some farm life too, they have had some great unique breeds in the past. _________________ -"I loathe people who keep dogs. | • A refreshed version of the prehistoric mammals set. A newer, more scientifically accurate macrauchenia would be nice, as well as the addition of other unique species instead of the extra accessories that were a waste (the volcano, pine tree, camp fire, cave people, etc). • Prehistoric cetacean and pinniped set. • Prehistoric bird set. • Prehistoric amphibian set. • Prehistoric fish set. • Toobs specific to each geological period. We have a Cambrian one. Why not release some sets from each following period for the next few years? • Tropical reef fish, similar to their pelagic set.

I’d love to see a refreshed airplane toob with a better Concorde. Unfortunately, I see a TU-154 being a Boeing 727 instead. I also want to see them make toobs for each period. No, the Tu-154 is not a Boeing 727. The differences are enormously. |

No, the Tu-154 is not a Boeing 727. The differences are enormously. I know that, but I don’t see an American company including a Russian airliner if they were to do a refreshed airplanes set. I see them putting something else in the set, like a 727. |

Yes, because some people still treat russians as enemy like cold war times. Russian jets are not well known outside of aviation circles, and an American company is going to prefer using more famous or western aircraft in their sets. |

| Dear Sts Friends:
Last night, I wrote an email to Safari, with some ideas for new releases for next year, or in the future. The guy who wrote me back said that he read the email, and passed it on to Product Development. So, the word is, Safari is indeed listening to our suggestions. Anyway, if any of you collectors want to submit ideas to Safari, the email address is sales at safariltd.com. I just thought I'd let you all know. Anyway, we'll see what Safari does with my ideas, and if anyone has any more suggestions, please put them here.

| Velvet worm for Incredible Creatures. Maybe something weird like an Eocene toob so we could have Leptictidium and such, a blend of European fossils and ones from Wyoming. Perhaps a kea for Wings of the World. A false killer whale would also be nice. |

| Also, the main Backyard Birds TOOB contains only 8 figures, less than the average of 10-12. I suggest they redo the basic paint jobs and add Purple Martin, Rose-breasted Grosbeak, and Tufted Titmouse. I may also suggest a Warblers TOOB. This would really increase species diversity in Safari Ltd and bring it a step closer to PV levels. It would feature a number of new warbler sculpts, which would be beneficial to customizers like myself, as there is only one warbler sculpt (the Yellow Warbler from the original Backyard Birds TOOB) available for customization. It could include the following: American Redstart Blackburnian Warbler Black-throated Green Warbler Cerulean Warbler Common Yellowthroat Golden-winged Warbler Hermit Warbler Kirtland’s Warbler Prothonotary Warbler Yellow-rumped Warbler Yellow Warbler (updated version)
Alternatively, a Sparrows TOOB featuring the following: Chipping Sparrow Dark-eyed Junco Eastern Towhee Field Sparrow House Sparrow Lark Bunting Seaside Sparrow Song Sparrow White-crowned Sparrow White-throated Sparrow |

| Safari is probably my favorite brand and my favorite line is their Wings of the World collection, I'd love to see:
-Philippine Eagle -Lammergeier (I only have the Bullyland one and would love to see another model) -African Fish Eagle -American Kestrel -Steller's Sea Eagle -Resplendent Quetzal (they already have this in toob version, I'd love to see a larger scale)

| [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] I would also love some more wings of the world figures. The lammergeier is in desperate need of a new figure. I would love to see: A new Okapi A Goblin Shark A new mountain lion A new ostrich And, most importantly, a Virginia Opossum |

I would love to see: A new Okapi A Goblin Shark A new mountain lion A new ostrich And, most importantly, a Virginia Opossum Safari already made an opossum, but it was discontinued and is now fairly rare. |
