| Dear STS members, I acquired the Colorata Raptor set box. The Steller's sea eagle in it comes with a salmon as accessory, the eagle is landing on the beached salmon for devour it. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]The sockeye salmon itself is not bad, it have the shape of the head very well done for a male in breeding condition. However it have, on one side, an eagle-foot shaped mark with a central hole for attach the peg in he eagle figure. The other side is flat for lying in a surface, painted silver, and with no eye and no pectoral nor pelvic fin, so it can't stand upright on a surface. I can't use this salmon as a figure of my collection... [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]...Until now! Now I have two dry-air modelling pastes! :) With Fimo Air I filled the shape on both sides and added the missing fins: [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]So only remains giving it a new paintjob and... voilá! | Thanks everybody! Susanne, the eagle is even poorer than you think - yesterday I brought it to my garden for make photos in snow to it, but in the way it broken a leg! So I had to bring it back without photos and after a short veterinary session (Super Unick glue from Ceys) now it have a restored leg and I must find some meat for make it recover quickly from this trauma (fortunately yesterday I bought some beef and pork) _________________ My collection:- (Details):

| Very, very good idea what to do with a spare salmon, and it looks fabulous! Well done! _________________ [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] ADAM [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] "Our planet is in crisis. | A great idea and resurrection for the salmon! _________________ -"I loathe people who keep dogs.
