Hey, do you think anyone, most of all Schleich, will mind if I take their idea of an ice tiger, and sort of make my own veround of? Just wondering, because I was so inspired by Sarlooswolfhound's description, that I thought that I would make an ice tiger species of my own. Thank you Schleich for this model and the resulting idea for my documents! Anyway, if anyone thinks this creation is a good endeavor, let me know.

I am so glad my description was useful my friend! I think your idea of inspiration about the tiger is fine in your fantasy creation world. :) After all that is the point of their fantasy figures (I think... at least it was for me when I collected them).

Okay, here is a general description of what I call the ice tigress.

She and her kind are twice as tall as polar bears. They have a thick coat of fur overlaid with a a thick armor of icy spikes. The mane of an ice tiger looks like an enormous crown of icy spikes.

And that, my friends, is a basic description, so if you like it, then let me know.

The new Pegasus mare and foal are the old ones with a new paint. But i like this new paint. It looks like a sunrise.

I'm semi looking forward to seeing the dragons. I loved many of the older and Eldrador ones, but the newest nope. So I hope but don't expect much.

The new stone dragon is unfortunately quite lame.

Wingless dragons are great, I personally don't like the way the neck looks, it's a bit too non-dragon like to me.

Yes, the Hunter is a very beautiful dragon.

Just revisited some of these pictures again, and it's a shame I'm not interested in more of these. I do find the dinosaurs visually interesting, but too off to be on my shelves. Some of the modern animals too just look so wonky. But, I think that's not out of line for recent Schleich releases. I, like some others, find the puma to be the most appealing out of the whole lot, well, after the Llama unicorn. I'll definitely be checking it out, since I don't think it does anything worse than any other puma/mountain lion that's been released recently. In fact, compared the Safari or Papo releases, I think it comes out a bit nicer; but, I have to see more/better pics first.

Bummer... The only "interesting" releases are the puma, the Nothosaurus and the slow loris... The other figures aren't that special.
Schleich is definitely not doing its job. I'll only give it two stars.

No pack for February, March or April? Surprising because we have had a lot of packs of all kinds in the new releases for a few years now

The quality of the models improved a lot comparing with 2020 models.
However, I think the mandrill is much worst than their previous mandrill.

Very, very exciting, and wonderful to see the three dogs up close! Definitely a big improvement in quality, I can't wait to be able to see them in real life!

I've just realised what the flamingo reminds me of - not actual flamingos, but those 1970s plastic ones people put on their lawns. It'd make a perfect scale miniature for a retro dolls house
