Texas Longhorn Bull walkaround - Collecta 88925 [2021]

I've just got some of the new Collecta models, I guess many want to see them, so I start with the wonderful Texas Longhorn Bull. No time for text, but I shot many photos and they'll do the talking. Here we go:

I love all the colours, the various shades of brown in its coat, and it has such an impressive sculpt, perfect in every detail! Thank you so much for sharing him!
I have high hopes for the dogs, I cannot wait to see them and perhaps make some walkarounds too! bounce

Thanks Bonnie, I bought them locally from Athens, the dogs too. I was going to walkaround them maybe tomorrow, but I can wait if you want.

It is a honour to have this magnificent model presented so early on forum.
It is absolutely spectacular and it will be my first longhorn.
The sculpt couldn't be more realistic and the painting looks more like something painted by one of the great artists on forum then from a factory painter. I will try to remember to get one of these early batches. Thanks a lot for presenting this superbull, I am looking forward to see other CollectA 2021 releases! bounce

Thank you, this is really a very detailed and realistic model. I have to say that although the Bull is made of hard and heavy PVC, his amazing horns are of a much softer material. Different from the Schleich models.

Wow! a very attractive model with good body proportion. Unlike the schleich that mostly made legs too short.

Absolutely stunning paintwork! CollectA always knocks it out of the park with their hooved mammals, I've never seen one I didn't like

I somehow missed these topics and that bull is the one I'm most interested in even if the dogs are gorgeous too !

The sculpt is certainly more refined than any Schleich counterpart but with all my Japanese purchases, this is again one more model to order and pay shipping for so I don't regret to have opted for the new Schleich bull. Of course, things would have been different if both had been available locally like they are in Athens.
