I got it from the shop you found, - thanks again, Robert

The mould lines are very visible because the pictures are taken in sharp evening-sun. They are not that clear when you just look at the figuere

It is a very nice figure and I'm sure, since Papo is leading in artistic levels that this figure will turn very rare and apealing to the growing comunity of Papo collectors! :)
It's a regular quality figure, the worst point of this hippo is its successor that is absolutly realistic, impressive, detailed and beautiful!
Is there any medium sized hippo in the market able to discuss the tittle with the newer Papo???? Noooo!

You are right, forst I contacted Willy if I could have the hippo sent to him, which Willy kindly aggreed to.
But then the seller admitted it was silly, so he sent directly to me

I am sure you are right, Balty, the shape is not so bad. But it would almost be a shame, as it took me so long to find it

Yes I have searched for a long time, - on Ebay everywhere, and also other places, shops, ... even Danish. They were never sold in Denmark, but somebody might have bought it elsewhere. So I am very happy.

Funny thing is that even the new hippo is not seen for sale much
