Some fairly large mushrooms popped up in our front yard seemingly overnight! It reminded me of an old picture I drew based off a photo of a toad hiding under a mushroom in the rain.

So I snapped a few quick shots with my Safari TOOB marine toad

Hard to believe it's no a real one!

Oh that's great, so realistic with the low angles just how you'd want a picture of a real small creature, and little toad looks right at home under his big parasol!

That's so cool but I think they would use it more to protect of sun exposure.
It is all so beautifully done and how magic it is knowing it is something you dreamed with.

I've been busy lately and haven't had the time to post too much, but I was able to get outside and enjoy myself with some new photos.

The leaves were gorgeous Autumn colors so I was excited to have a bit of a change of scenery

Then I visited a park new to me. It had a trail along a small waterfall and the small stream was full of rocks making tiny waterfalls everywhere. It was very beautiful and I hope to go back before it gets too cold.

I love the canids the best of course, but lovely shots again!

Its been some time since I was able to go out and take some more photos, but I took quite a few recently now that the weather is warm again and everything is green

The past week has been so hazy from all the fires both locally and from Canada, but luckily I was able to get outside last week for some photos before it got too bad

Then I saw a small Fowler's toad and just had to take a photo of her! I used to have many Fowler's toads as pets and they were really great. I love seeing them in the woods

Amazing, Superb photos!!

Those are all fabulous pictures. Maybe it is too much excitment at once.
The smoke of the fires of Canada changed the color of the Portuguese sky. It is quite impressive since we are so far. I hope everything is controled now.

Great photos! Especially the dinosaurs look very real. I thought the Fowler's toad also looked very real and then I read that it is!

Fantastic pictures again. Nice to see the black swans on previous batch... what an adventure this one had isiting the houses of at least 3 forum members.
