| I'm linking your topic on TAW together with Jolie's topic. It seems this Papo Megalodon is more popular than the CollectA Megalodon since we don't have it on TAW yet. Megalodon is a good excuse for brands to avoid an excessive fierce look to their great white sharks. If they want to do a terrible shark, here is one. |

| Thank you Andreas and yes Rogério, this megalodon is far more realistic than the Papo great white I don't have! |

| I try not to be too overly critical of figures, but I have to admit, this is a bit of a let down, especially with those released by CollectA and PNSO in recent years. I especially don't like those cracks in the skin which look more like a production artifact rather than anything natural. This sculpt is a small step above the Safari Megalodon, but at least Safari has age/era of production as an excuse. |

I have the Bullyland great white shark and it is enough for now but among the current ones, I like the sobriety of the Schleich model and the spectacularity of the CollectA figure. |

Yes, that's what it is, I couldn't put my finger on exactly why I didn't like the execution of the 'scarred' look, and that's why - it looks so much like the way plastic folds in the mould leaving little fluidly shaped lines and indents. |
