| Awesome collection! I see you have a Hodgesaaargh as well, he's a fantastic model isn't he? Loving the crazy cat lady... I should definitely get one, even if I don't actually own a cat (though the neighbors' two have claimed me as their personal property). |

| Not farmers but people. I found some at a Flee market, i was told there were from a gumball machine and some were still in the plastic ball. I found more in a thrift store random bag [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

| Ha ha, Susanne - green blood wouldn't matter. If it gets on the horses, I can declare it as grass stains :) A blue-blooded groom would be worse - try to explain blue stains |

| A couple years ago, a friend bought me the Italeri Napoleonic mamelukes set in 1:32, and I finally got around to painting up a few of the figures. While the humans are very nice indeed, the horses leave something to be desired (to put it diplomatically). So I dug around the body box and located a Breyer SM wamblood. However, I forgot one thing: Sculpting tack is HAAAAAAAAAARD! [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]Still, I like how the dude turned out. Now I just have to decide whether to do it all over again for all his friends... oh, and I need to find names for him and his horse. Any ideas? _________________ Stuff you should be reading: [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] |
