Sorry,I don't have the Britains lead warthog but I do have another made in Hong Kong warthog but I cannot find it at the moment to compare!

Sorry, I don't have the Britains warthog either. It's on my wishlist.

no the Jeol plastic model is different, in size and pose compared to the Britains metal warthog
The Jeol warthog is taller, longer and rounder, with more curvature in the stance, and with a more larger head and more face. Plus the tail is held high in typical warthog fashion (from what I can remember - butttt I may be wrong

I think I may have the metal warthog but nearly all my little family is packed away! so I can't check at the moment.

Thanks and very interesting but my post is not clear. I was asking Taylor if his his Hong Kong warthog is one of these knock-off plastic copies of Britains models, in this case a copy of the Britains lead warthog.
I forgot Jeol is also a Hong Kong based company but I know those models (Britains and Jeol) are very different.

I've never ever seen a knock off of the Britains Lead warthog!

(However there are many copies of that Britains plastic warthog above)

They aren't in my scale collection. The Britains is in my Vintage metal collection and the Jeol is in my "need to be repaired" box  (it missed a tusk)

Both are wonderful and look nice together. Very good models actually. I have a Safari old warthog that needed a dental implant and our Bulgarian dentist managed it perfectly.

Here is the Jeol warthog with the other warthog that I have and the Britains Wild boar.I assume the mads in Hong Kong warthog is a copy of another maker.
