Hello. In this summer (2022) I visited the zoo-shop in Wuppertal and a zoo-shop (Butterfly-House) in Hamm in Germany. I wondered that they do not offer Schleich or Bullyland-Animalfigures. Both zoo-shops offer only animals from a german distributer for gift-shops. See here: Turtle marked China, PEC, number. Frogs marked China, frog, number. Butterflys marked only with China. Lizards not marked with anything. Benno. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]Link to Cornelißen

Benno, it is surprising to see PEC figures in German Zoo shops. I suspect they think Schleich and Bullyland are too expensive considering we're living a finantial crisis. We still miss the PEC turtles 5, 6 and 7 on TAW.

Interesting. In the shop of the Zoo Dresden you can find also some interesting things (sometimes) from China

Hello, yesterday I visite the zoo shop in Dortmund and I found (round about): 1x Collecta, 3x Schleich, 12x Bullyland, 42x Papo, 2x Cornelißen (beetle), 20x Cornelißen rubber ( snakes), 20 Cornelißen resin animals (see the 4 wolfs), 100x stuffed animals distributed by Nature Planet (natureplanet.dk). The parrots (PVC) are from zoo shop Wuppertal. Benno. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]
