Reply button missing

for some reason, when I got to reply to a post I can't find a reply button. Wasn't there one? Am I missing something? I had to use the quote function for a recent one. There is the 'quick reply' option at the bottom but I could have sworn there was a 'reply' button...

EDIT: Now it shows up at the bottom. maybe a temp glitch.

To reply to someone quoting that person you have to use the Quote button.

There's a button Reply to Topic but it is to reply without quoting.
