You have a wonderful collection!
From what I know the two horses on the first picture are CollectA knock offs. They are copies from their Pintabian and Arabian stallion in deluxe scale (1:12) but don't have much of Arabian conformation left.
The horse below might be also an Appendix Quarter Horse (a Thoroughbred and Quarter Horse cross) but I am also not really an expert in identifying horse breeds.
