/Taos' general additions update 10/2/2024

Great figures! The BenTeng wolf is really good, what model is it copying? And I love the Nayab creatures, that red panda is so interesting.

These are ALL splendid! Congratulations Taylor! I love the wolf of course but several of these are excellent. The GSD and lab in photo 1 look VERY familiar... I will have to check out my dogs soon and see if I can make a connection. The snakes are wonderful, I have a few of them but not the rattler!

Jill-the wolf is a copy of Papo's model.
Paige-I knew you mentioned the snakes before!With regards to the wolf I would have gotten you one as I know how much you like your wolves but they only had the one model.I find it quite frequently in many Spanish toy shops that they rarely stock more than 1 or 2 of each model which is rather odd compared to the UK!

Yes would agree Andreas,I think the pelican and the ibis are Nayab copies.I not sure about the vulture.

Congratulations Taylor! that was lovely of Paige to send you so many wonderful figures. The Stablemate foal is so cute! and the black and white horse and foal are nice too. I like the markings on them.

What make is the lion?

It looks like it could a 1/32nd scale, or maybe a tad smaller? It seems to have exceptional detailing in it.

Yes, I was lucky with the ELC Common lizard as I found him in a bin in a second hand model shop,all marked up as £1 each!

The Arabian camel is a copy of Papo.The lion is marked TT International,Jan Hilgersweg 5657ES,Eindhoven,NL-2574802
The 2 little Zebras are marked Battat-they are tube sized
The bears are unmarked but very nicely made-they are tube sized
The lion,rhino,hippo and Zebra are all tube sized as well,nicely made but unmarked.I am assuming they are Collect A/Procon.
The last ones are AAA Polar bear cub,unknown but badly painted leopard-nicely posed and a little Red Kangaroo which I think is a joey that's part of a another model.
