Repaint action figure? Help

Hi to everyone, I'm new to the world of action figures and I need some suggestions. I apologize if this is not the correct category. I would like to repaint this action figure of Spiderman from Toybiz (It's discolored in some places of the red suit as you can see) but I don't know what brands and what shades of acrylic colors to use (I would go for Vallejo brand). I mean red, blue for the suit and the grey for the webs. Can anyone help me?
