Schleich Sticker Tags

When did Schleich start to add sticker tags to there figures.
I know of some old ones which didnt have them (i have an unopened full tub of Adventures of the Gummi Bears)
And they are without tags.

If anyone knows it would be greatly apreciated.

the big one since 1999 (with item number), before the small (without item number)

The question was when the stickers were introduced :)
