Martin, I don't have knowledge enough about replicas world to use the word ever. I thought the Papo hippo was the best ever until see pictures of the Lineol, I don't know which one is better once I don't have the Lineol but seeing pictures I cannot tell you which one is better! :)

here they are, grand'pa and his grandson... LINEOL made at least two version of this hippo with different paintings, mine is not the best...

The Papo looks more detailed but the Lineol looks also fantastic! Here number 1 is Lineol since I already have the Papo!
And the Papo looks really inspired by the Lineol!
I love both and lucky those that have them! ...and, only seeing pictures, I continue putting them in the same level of quality!

At the end I would have taken one of the zebra atop the overturned croc, and the zebra covered in mud. Like he was saying something along teh lines of " Who's next? "

But still, these are AMAZING photographs! Makes me want to take my herd into the woods.

Hey!

It seems to me that the picture number four is weird .. A crocodile can not immediately catch the zebras, and force your legs ... zebra is very strong, and the crocodile will surely have a major problem to drag it into the water, and even killing .. (!) . No, but it's just data, heh;)
