Schleich Bayala World of Elves: 2010

I just received this week the two of my latest additions to the Schleich's gorgeous creatures of the World of Elves' collections: The Marween and the Lindariel. Although I must admit that not all collectors are collecting them but they are one of my Schleich's favorite line.


And since the Schleich's store here in Singapore stopped from bringing new stocks since 2009. I am having difficulty buying them now from abroad due to expensive S&H. But still, I am trying to collect them slowly.

I`ve only the rare green Elfe

Very nice additions. I have all of the old ones, but I am still waiting to be able to find the new ones here. I may have to order mine too. They are very beautiful. I love all the unique details they add to them. They are so much more detailed than most of the other people. Thanks for the great pictures.

Sorry, my other Elves are in the Philippines except to these two newest additions and the Shadow Rock which all with me in Singapore. But if you want to see some of my Elves' collections, I have posted it before at the Laughing Giraffe's forum under the same user name. So, please check it out there first.

Thanks Amy. I am a big fan of these Schleich's Elves. In fact I have the complete collections since it was introduced 3 years ago except the last year's released because I don't want to add the Dragons and I haven't added the Floral Umbrella and the Elf Boat yet. But I have completed all the Elves' people at least.

I can understand that but I still find it cheaper to buy from USA than Singapore. I do prefer buy from the retailer and you can select the one you likes.

It is always difficult to buy figures online because everything is a gamble. Anyway, I started to used to it already. Thanks by the way. By the way, you have mentioned to me before, CollectA will be bringing to Singapore. Any hint which store? And one more thing, there is a store in Funan IT mall that's carrying Bullyland already. That's the second store after the Night Safari.

You're welcome. I just hope the CollectA will land to Singapore also. And I do hope that Schleich will make a come back here as well.

Yesterday, I received these two of the newest Elves and their vehicles from the last year's released, the Floral Umbrella and the Elf Boat. Except for the new the sets of Dragons and some of the Mythical creatures that was released this year in which I don't have any intention to collect at all, I managed to complete again the Elves' character.

I spent 22 Euros for the Elf Boat, Floral Umbrella, the two Elves figures, Papo Bison and the Orangutan and the Apatosaurus to be sent here from Germany. I think it's consider cheaper than the US postage charges? And the delivery is quite faster as well.

With the current foreign exchange, it's better to buy in Europe particularly in Germany nowadays.

They are beautiful. Congratulations on getting them.
