Thanks Christophe,

in real nature it can happen that a antelope loose a horn. I think it will grow a new one in the next month. scratch

Does anyone know if there is any difference between Vanishing Wild sold by Schleich and Safari?
Have they both been marked as Safari Ltd.?

Congratulations Torben... Lion looks different than in original picture, is that very common for Safari?

I noticed the difference in the lions as well. Variations drive me crazy....because I want them all! :)

Your vanishing wild collection is fabulous, Torben! Thanks for sharing!

Great set there Torben, well done!

I remember seeing this display in stores in German Department store Karstadt in the 90s.

Shame the Oyx lost a horn, how did that happen or did you purchase it like this?

I had the same lion in the picture with the lighter colour variation but just sold it last week on Ebay. I have sold all my Safar Ltd Vanishing wild models now except for the Giraffes, Oryx and elephant families, I love these so much! I have the Zebra family which I am thinking about but we will see..

thanks for the pics!
