Nice Schmidtchen, i had this puzzle in to shortly ago.

If memory serves, there is also a crocodilian Scheich Ravensberger puzzle. I think Amy has them both. Maybe there are more; I think Ravensberger puzzles were also done for Safari, Ltd., were they not?

I know Amy has 2 of them, and i think there is a third one too.
I don't know about the Safari puzzles.

Yes, I have both puzzles and so does Steve. There is also a couple of them done with Papo figures as well, if memory serves me right. I have one, but not sure which one at the moment. They have a couple with knights that are Papo, I believe. I am not sure if there are any with Safari figures.

I don't know about puzzles for Papo or Safari, love to see them.
I found out by accident about the Schleich/Ravensburger puzzles anyway....

On the backsides you can see, that there was only to variations from Schleich.
Even you can see, that there was even two with Siku.
From Papo ore other i have nothing heard about.

Yes, i saw that on the backside of my puzzle.
I never heard of the papo puzzles either...

Yes, it comes with a horse. There are at least 3 others. Two of the others have knights and the third one has a pirate.

I had heard about puzzles with a Schleich figure but had only seen them on Susanne's site.
I managed to find the crocodile puzzle on ebay.com
Acutally a Ravensburger Puzzle + Schleich figure.





As you can see there is a picture of the acutal figure on the side of the box.

So I opened the box - It had all it's puzzle pieces... and this figure...



So I contacted the ebay seller who searched her home for the figure but came up empty...
She gave me a break on the puzzle so we both were happy, but
needless to say I am in need of this old Schleich crocodile to add to the puzzle.
If anybody sees one or has an extra would you let me know.

Then I got very lucky and found an online store that still had a couple of the Ravensburer Puzzle + Schleich figure - the old Appaloosa!

So it came fully sealed - I had to open it of course!



and inside was the horse! Beautiful - I don't own one so am very happy...it appears to be darker than others I have seen on the forum...

Sorry everyone. I contacted that store and they no longer have anymore of these puzzles. The still have some older Papo figures though...

Now I am heading over to the Papo thread because I found a Papo Puzzle + figure too.
