Thanx, all of you I love you

I dont know if the gnu is a "better" find, but I just love the panter the most, it´s so dynamic cheers

I dont know if I´m good at finding oldies, I just get lucky some times. There are a few that puts up auktions on swedish e-bay from time to time.
Usually, they get to expensive for me, and just a few days ago, I missed out on a fantastic lineol eagle, ´cus it ended up way to expensive.

But I did win a lineol seal for a very good price, so I´m happy anyway Very Happy

I will try to post pics of it next week :)

Great catches Anna!
The Lineol black gnu had an over-paint as it seems, but the model is still nice!
The black panther must be the best in this group, it is rare and expensive, i tried to hunt one down a few months ago, but the price went over the 200 euro's that time, so i let it go then...
The female red deer is Lineol to, it is made in plastic by VEB Plaho to later on.
When those models are marked with Germany, they are Lineols most of the time... Rolling Eyes

Arrrgh, these old models are so beautiful! Both more correct and at the same time more artistic than the current production, IMO. That panther truly is a masterpiece, but the others are gorgeous too. I have half a mind to come over and raid your house... lol!

Indeed this balck panther is the gem of the batch, it was made by LINEOL between 1932 and 1940. drunken

200€ is a very very good price for such an item Wink

@Willy; Yes, the gnu might be some kind of repaint (he almost looks too perfect) but I cant be sure.
I was soo exited when I got the panter, even thou it has some scratches, it´s such a wonderful and dynamic animal, and I just love it I love you

If the price had gone up that much for this one, I would never be able to afford it. I was lucky thou, the auktion ended at just over 15euro Very Happy

@Sumo; Well, if you do, my dog will eat you Twisted Evil lol!

@Kikimalou; It truly is drunken

@Harriet; Pure luck. they turn up once and again on swedish e-bay. often, they are sold at very high prices (for me, anyway), but sometimes they are more cheap, or I have more money, so I can buy them Very Happy

Yes Anna, i am sure that the gnu was re-painted, just look at the ones in Christophe and my collections, and you see how it should look.
But the black panther is a real bargain for that price, a chance of a lifetime you might say, great catch Anna! cheers
