| OMG! Congratulations Amy. That's a wonderful collections. That's my most favorite series among all of your collections. For me, this is the most difficult series to complete.

| A very big congratulation from my side Amy, you have them all finally! I guess, the rearing horse was the last one you had to get? They are Schleich Christophe! They were made by a German sculpture-artist called Ingo Koblischek, and were only made from 1999-2001 in very low numbers. The scale is bigger then the normal Schleich horses, about 1:18 or so. Some of these models are really rare, and hard to find. That is why some of them are in the price range of older Lineols |

Ok, I'm sorry, I'm absolutely an ignorant for the horses brand I know, i know my friend... , yes sorry, Schleich... But a horse is a horse of course, and nobody talks to a horse of course!(Mr.Ed) |

| Interesting :)
I've not seen many horses with only half the Arabian tack.
So I take it that these horses are very hard to find. I like the case that you have them in :) |

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] So, Torben, the WWF line is the rarest? I'm not surprised, given how rarely one sees them for sale or auction. The panda bear is absolutely stunning. I assume they were produced in very small numbers. It should be noted that they do not, as far as I know, have any indication that they are Schleich, or WWF. When I go to flea markets or antique stores, it is these WWF sonderedition pieces I visualize in my mind. I think maybe it's time to utilize magical ritual to obtain them..... |

| Well, I know Amy was looking high and low for the 16753 Rearing Stallion for some time, but she found a beautiful one, indeed. All six seem to be in primo condition, which makes them even better!
I haven't obtained any of these, but it is not that hard to get them, assuming you're willing to part with 60-120 euros (OVP in box for latter figure). The 16753 is definitely the hardest of the six to collect - even Torben only found his in the last year or so.
There are some nice websites with info about the career and art of Ingo Koblischek. He is quite famous in Europe, but not the USA (cultural wasteland!). |

| They are absolutely beautiful. Is the case you have them in specially made? Did you make it? I plan on attaching plexiglass doors to the front of the shelving mine are stored on. Sue

| Wow. That was a lot of replies. I am glad everyone liked them. Yes, they are Schleich and Willy answered those questions. The rearing stallion was the last to find his way to me. I am very happy with them all.
I agree with Torben that the WWF series is probably the hardest to find. I don't have any yet and don't know if I will be lucky enough to get any. Depends on when and how much.
The case I actually got on ebay for $5.99. Nobody was bidding on it and I just had to have it. I didn't know what I was going to put in it, but when I got my 6th horse it was easy for me to decide what to put in it.
The tack on the arabians does not come off. It is sculpted onto the horses and painted. I hope I have answered everyones questions. |

| I have only the lightbrown grazing mare in box right now, as i had before, and the trotting foal, and those are the easiest to get IMHO. I know, i had the chance on the dark Arabian, but someone got more lucky then me... I think, the WWF series are the hardest to get too indeed. I only saw the orang pass by in all of those years, and he didn't have the name tag on the front, so i decided not to bid on him, as i want those expensive figurines in tip-top shape only. |

| I saw the orangutan without the tag too. I agree, for the price of them they need to be in very good shape. Sorry about taking the dark arabian, but it looks so good with the others. |
