[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]Here together with the old Lineol model, still the best in my eyes, sorry Mojö...(but that is comparing apples with peares...) [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]Here with the rest of my sable-family... [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]Here again from a slightly different angle. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]412906 AAA/Yolanda Fallowdeer, which needed some repositioning of the legs, and still needs afterwards. Thank you so much for these wonderfull animals for my collection Rogerio! |

That's quite a herd of Sables you have there. I'm hoping to add the Mojo and CollectA Sables to my collection this year. They will be my first. :)

| The Lineol Sable was modeled after a living Animal-no wonder it looks much better than Mojos's, altough the Lineol Sable is 80 years older.... |

| OK guys, Lineol is better, let me just run to the store to buy it. They can hardly compete - the material, the availability, the price... _________________ Robert

| I really like the Lineol model posture, but I am sure he is hard to come by. The Mojo is great--cannot wait to get him. I am enjoying the Safari one...very nice figure. |

I'm a BIG LINEOL fan for years now. Unfortunately I still don't have the fantastic LINEOL sable, It is a real "Gold Standard" now. Nevertheless, it may looks better than MOJO because it is more appealing... Not because it is more accurate I made a walk around review of the MOJO [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] if someone need more pics |

| Willy, thanks for showing the Mojo sable with the Lineol! :) At least a modern antelope can compete with these magnificent Lineol figures! The Lineol has a fantastic pose and it is one of the first things we look when judging a figure but Lineol forgot that sables are strong antelopes, so strong that most part of the African hunters cannot hunt them. Sables have sturdy legs, powerful body and not that graceful gazelle elegance. Mojo's is better in many points but less spectacular! :) I'm sure the Lineol sable was made from draws of old books, it is visible in its artistic expression! Anyway I love it and its pose also kills me! I which I also deserved to own one! But, as for a kid a toyish figure is more apealing, for a old collector a rare, artistic figure is much more desirable! Remember the bad comments of a boy when watching the Lineol oryx and this one is clearly far better than the Schleich oryx! But my goal here is not talking about my preferences but to say congratulations to a great collector that finally found his first Mojo Fun figure. So Mojo is for you rarer than Lineol! | Both are fantastic figures. I can hardly wait to get my hands on the Mojo Fun. I think we all have a lot to look forward to with all the great figures being released soon by Mojo Fun and CollectA. And for those of us who are fans of antelopes, this is going to be a great year.
Congratulations to Willy on his Mojo Fun addition to his collection! |

| Thank you all for your nice compliments people! Yes Rogerio, actually almost everyone deserves a Lineol sable, haha... Even a foxy crocotype from Portugal! Yeah, it is not really a good compare, an old and fantastic model, which was made after a zoo-animal by the way, and a modern toy, but both are very nice, and i sharish them both, as for all of my sables! |

| From old zoo, Willy? It explains why it appears malnourished and lacking in muscle mass! No doubt that in modern zoos animals are much better feeded. We can see it in Bullyland figures once it is the only brand that works with a Zoo! They make the animal and someone from the zoo says that it is good. Well, I'm kidding, it would be terrible to put a sculptor in front of an animal in a Zoo and let him make the figure. Nice to know that in such old times, where travelling was so hard, long and expensive, that Lineol sculptors copied directly from animal zoos. There's always the chance of finding a zookepper that is a good sculptor! Harriet made a oryx, in my opinion slightly better than Lineol and deeply better than Schleich's and I'm sure there is no oryxes in HKhollingstone Farm! But as I told before, most of us love more what is used with, it also happens with music. A collector of modern brands will always love better the Schleich oryx while a exprienced collector will love the Lineol oryx. That's the reason why I love new Mojo and CollectA figures, they are in a half way. Relatively realistic but not exagerated toy like. |

| HELP These fantastic pictures have been here for several days, and I didn`t see them WOW Willy, you surely do have some marvellous sable antilopes The discussion is also interesting, - beauty or true to nature ? Hmmm, I suppose it doesn`t apply for rhinoes, but sometimes I think it does for models of horses - sorry CONGRATULATIONS, - I love the beautyful deer also |

| Thank you Susanne, i love my antelopes and gazelles to! Yes Rogerio, the sculptor that actually made most of those good old Lineol models was making sketches in the old Berlinzoo, and from that he made his sculpts and models. He was a good artist, specially for his time... Schleich coorporated with one of the German zoo's to before, but when i see the latest models, i guess, the coorporation is gone now... I think that Harriet sculpts after photograps mainly(correct me if i am wrong Harriet), and this is a possibility which we have in these days, and those old sculptors didn't have. I agree that Harriets oryx is on a top-level, and on the same level as the old Lineol artist, or maybe even better(which is a compliment i think). Personally, i always liked realism in animal models, but as you see, i collect them all, good or not, because they are represent something in collecting this field. |
