| After a year alone with their dad and grandad, the little piggies at last got a mom Here the happy little family Grandad from 2004 to the right [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]Mom is very beautyful [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]It looks like she has clear mould-lines, but for once I took a good sharp picture In real one doesn`t notice [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]The little pigs are really happy now. They live in a nice forest with dry leaves and mushrooms, - I think they are ever so cute [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

| Great pictures, Susanne! :) Wild boars are the few animals that I own more than 2 figures. I have 5 actually! They are absolutly delicious, one of my favourite meats! So, anytime I see a new and fresh wild boar I get always tempted! Thanks for showing! |

| The 2012' Papo wild sow is nice, however, would have preferred a Papo red river hog, babirusa or a warthog.... |

| Congratulations Susanne, I received mine a couple of days ago too! I love the sow she is beautiful, so much more realistic than the boar I think. _________________ Harriet My *Collection* My *Handmade Animal Sculpture*

| What's next Papo, an Uncle wild boar or an Auntie wild sow? Do us a favor Papo, stop "boar"ing us and make a red river hog, babirusa or a wart hog, for goodness sakes! |

| Balty, I don`t understand you, - I am thrilled with this new sow The "Uncle" is an old, retired model, I was trying to show all the wild boars, Papo has made, in one picture. Wanting others also doesn`t make me like these less I know what you mean, though. We see hundreds of giraffes, tigers, gorillas, pandas, elefants etc. I think the large brands are always playing safe there, - at least Papo made a Zorse this year. But we do have have Safari..and now CollectA and Mojo, too. The problem is that if one makes a dodo or a kudu, others will make one also instead of supplementing with another extinct bird * there are enough to choose from * and a hartebeest . Perhaps they hope that little Johnnie wants a Schleich kudu, so Grandmother will get him one from Papo because she doesn`t know better. Just see all the sable antilopes we can choose from later this year |

| Susanne, Yes, the sows a nice figure, but I would have preferred some other wild pig! To me the Zorse is a horrible figure as well as a horrible choice! A true waste of plastic!!!!!!!! Plus, I thought just about everyone on this forum hates hybrids.... As I said before Papo 2012's wildlife's assortment is lackluster, dull and unimaginative! But that's just me! |
