It´s a pygmy blue tongued skink :)

Not really surprising, as most of us had the chance to get some rare Playvisions, but I wanted to present you my newcomers, that I purchased at the same ebay-shop as most of us :) Most of those figures, I never dreamed that I could get them in the near future

These rare chances of luck happen and it is wonderful when we are in the right place at the right time. I am so glad so many collectors could find so many rare Play Visions figures.

Finally after 3 long months I got some new models :) Our forum froend Andreas (widukind) has his own shop and I was lucky enough to get some models :)

Yes, you´re absolutely right! When I subscribed in this forum, I had a huge wishlist. And with the help of many forum users, this list has become more and more small. I never thought that the playvision sector would become smaller and then there came among others CodyK2004 and NMR_Okapi :)

After a rather quiet december, I got for the first month in 2023 some newcomers.

First of all some Kinderüberraschung models - I´m not into collecting animals were assembly is needed and they are not part of my "collection". However as they were very prominent in this forum for the last weeks, I wanted to show them. I will try to complete the set.

The second batch is much more fun for my personally - some new Colorata!

After watching Rogers´impessive synoptic penguin collection thread, I wanted to do the same. I only had some older Bullyland/Schleich models and the Safari Penguin toob. As a child, we only had the choice between King or Emperor penguin. But with the release of the Safari Penguin toob, my penguin collection got more diverse. However, there aren´t a lot of species compared to the reality and most of all, the "stripped" penguins were rather basic.
So I added some of the colorata models to my Safari toob figures. Yes, they are in termes of size not so perfect, but I´m not searching perfection^^ I will keep the "black and white" penguins from Safari, my Little blue from SSS and will add those Colorata newcomers. Now, I will add the Papo african penguin and I´m hunting now the Colorata King an Magellanic penguin

Speaking of updating a collection, I wanted to do the same with my sharks. The problem as a species collector is, that there are a lot of sharks in toob size, but not in regular size and the same for the other way. I will keep "2" collections of different sizes, however I will try to add more toob figures as those will not take as much place. So I added some Colorata sharks, that fit rather nice with the toob models from K&M and Playvisions.

Finally 2 birds, that I was searching now already quite some times. My Colorata list has become smaller, for me personally, there are now only 3 real "priorities" - king + magellanic penguin + dhole :)
