New model. Guess the animal!! *EDIT* revealed on last page!

This is a new model of an animal I am sculpting. He will probably be done in a few days. Then painted. I figured it would be fun for people to guess what it is! :) I will reveal it of course when he is done.

It looks very good from what we can see! I think it might be another dino, because of your other wonderful sculpt or maybe some kind of dog? :)

I think the same! Or some kind of dog anyway

Looks like a dog to me as well, some breed with strong muscles. My second guess would be a dinosaur of some kind.
I hope it's a whippet. And if it's not, maybe you should next sculpt one, I'm sure It'd be a good one!

Curious, I tried to guess before reading to not feel influenced and I also thought in a chalicotherium!!

It's Magic Sculpt Resin. Comes in two parts. Resin and hardener. Mix it together then use it like clay and it hardens like rock in a few hours. Great stuff if you don't have the oven/kiln for it.

It has massive forearms. I go with Calicotherium

Nice thread! I thought a dog at first too but the forelimbs don't seem in the right posture

HERE HE IS...Finally revealed XD. My first completed animal model..

A rearing/begging Thylacine.. Based off of the photos here.. Thought it would make for a cute pose.

I got the inspiration to make one after watching a documentary on them. Then I went off to search to see if any of the larger companies made one..NO! I do know some Thylacine figures out there do exist but I'm very very surprised none of the bigger companies have ever tackled one since they are such a well-known animal..So I wanted to make one XD.

Might have to fix his face up a bit and maybe slim down his tail if I feel like it..then he will be painted. :) Hopefully I can accomplish that haha.
