Harriet's latest acquisitions

Some new models that came in this morning. Two CollectA models, the Beautiful Mute Swan and fantastic Bison, both of which I loved from Ron’s collection, I'm really really pleased with them!! Three Schleich dogs, the German shepherd sitting and two new 2010 Labradors. I love that German shepherd.

I like the most is the Labrador. Even through with smaller scales. but it fit well compared with bison. Congratulation to your new - add on

The Bison is my favourite.

Thank you Ken and Rio, as you know I'm really pleased with them all. The Bison is really superb and I love all the dogs.

The swan is so elegant and realistic!

The mute swan is very beautifull indeed!
I do like the bison, but his neck is a little bit too thin, as i mentioned before on Lonely Giraffe before...
But it has great deetails...

Great new additions. I agree about the swan and the buffalo, they are both beautiful and on my want list. The dogs are wonderful too. Not too sure about the chocolate labs eyes yet. I guess I will have to see one in person.

Thanks Amy. You're right, I didn't like the chocolate lab's eyes either, so I painted them all black and she looks great now. Before she looked frightened

I'm back home now, I have been on the forum while on holiday too as you know, I had a laptop. Anyway, the Schleich shop was a little disappointing, but I did get two models I didn't have and they are great.

Congratulation Harriet. Those are two very good models. The Poitou's donkey is very fine and realistic and I always think about the mule to make an onager.

I have my Schleich mules and donkeys complete again since short, those 2 are looking great! :)

Thank you Kiki and Willy, I'm really pleased with them both. An onager would be nice, their colours are pretty. I think my donkeys are complete too now

Another nice thing that came out of that shop was a proper Schleich paper bag, never had one of those before! I will post a picture of it.

Yes, they have those bags Harriet, and calendars and more stuff.
See at the big collectors sites, where you can find that kind of stuff too.
