More great pictures Harriet! The re-paint was well done indeed. The one with the storking lioness is really as taken in the wild in Africa!

Pictures we really like. A particularly stealthy lion and zebra standing back (picture 3 and 4). They look so natural. And these zebras are not expecting that in a moment the attack occurs. Cute.

Yes, that was really strange, but most pics are back now... I would like to know which brand and typ of camera do you use for your pics? It makes very nice pictures, and takes the light very nice and warm.

.... Muy tiernas y agradables fotos HKHollinstone. Alguien díjo que las cebras, tienen rayas para el tema de su termoregulación.

... Apologies. Very tender and nice photos HKHollinstone. Someone said that zebras have stripes on the topic of thermoregulation.

Well, the pics are gone again, i had to reload some pics again too. It is said on the img board, that when the pics are not opened regularly, they won't appear after some time anymore. I guess, it is better to be a member there, which is free, and then your pics won't disappear anymore. I am slowly looking around for a digital camera, and the one you and Kiki use seems to be a good one, with clear and warm pics... The stripes of the zebra could have many reasons... The thermo-regulation is one explanation, another one is to get rid of the Tse-Tse flies, which seem to go on egally coloured skins... The best for me is the one, where they say that they are lost in the herd with all those stripes together, that would be very confusing for a predator. Otherwise all African animals on the plains would have developed stripes, isn't it? Or for the temperature, or for the flies....
