It is work of one Polish artist, but I don't remember her name. It's made from resin and fiber glass laminate (epoxy or polyester). It is hollow and inside are kind of light bulbs. It is quite well known deer in the city and quite recent work, as far as I know it was made not more than ten years ago.

Other deer in Cieszyn is very old style sculpture on roof of biggest hotel in the city. I always imagined conversation between these two animals. Perhaps they talk together during nights or so

I'm sure they use their antlers to communicate via satellite!
