Safari ltd's budgies are young because they have black eyes !!!

They are lovely but not very original indeed.
I hope next year Safari bring us back the Wings of the World and forget a little about Wings of the cages. Nothing against these birds, only not my favorite subject.

Actually, youngest birds have stripes which start from the cere. When they get older, those lower stripes disappear...

Wow, you've found the looooong retired golden eagle to join your bald eagles.
You searched it hardly and it is not easy at all to find some retired figures from Safari. While Schleich are hard to pay, these are really hard to find. Many congratulations and thanks for sharing such nice pictures.

Ups! I can see that I forgot the California Condor

This model is very unusual, I think !
At first glance, he looks like just a flat piece of plastic, - but that is how a flying condor looks

Actually he is a very nice model with plenty of detail

Eaglynn helped me.
My first contact with this condor was an absolute lack of enthusiasm. But I started loving it and get used to its pose. It is great that all figures are not alike and also this is a California condor what is quite unusual as toy.

It is truly one of the nicest golden eagle figures (even though its eyebrows and smile make it look a little drunk lol) a shame they don't make these anymore, maybe they will issue another golden eagle for the WOW series gotta hope!

I love the variations in your eagles too, I think mine has the more yellow colored feet. Strangely though, both my eagle and golden eagle have a piece of metal buried in their backs, I think someone must have tried to make them into keychains or maybe lamp pulls. I can't get it out, buts its hardly noticeable.

Congrats on your California Condor too! I adore the detail of this model, I wish they had packaged it with some sort of stand though, mine is being supported by a glass eagle otherwise his head would be stepped on by my other birds!
