The giant otter is from Endangered Animals (WWF series 2) from 1972. The first set of Endangered Animals was released in 1971 and contains the famous Spanish imperial eagle painted figure. TAW is missing both these sets :)

Jarda is right. There is also a new Giant otter made by Yowie US, very actually. I also dont knows this serie before i found it. There are some more special (sub)species inside.
