Some Vanishing Wild in wet Denmark ;-)

Amazig collection. Some really great huge new additions. Very interesting pictures from the dealer catalog from 1990. They are quite funny. I think I have seen the male orangutan before on ebay, but didn't win it.

Interesting find of those three. Are those Vanishing Wild? They look a lot like the AAA figures that Safari was distributing at the time. Then again, I don't remember the Vanishing Wild appearing much before 1992 or so.

Giraffes are much taller than elephants. Not as "big," though. Both the Vanishing Wild Elephant and Giraffes were made to 1:15 scale (Elephant is a female). I've never measured the Elephant, so i cannot attest to the accuracy of that scale, but I have the Giraffe, and it works at 1:15.
