are the spirit horses rare??

becasue my friend has them :) and is wondering if they are?

I am not sure... You would have to ask one of the Breyer experts somewhere here on the forum. I got these Spirit horses when I really little, on my birthday when I was about 5 or 6. So they are pretty old.

I'm only seeing the first batch of pictures. But they look great!

The palomino pony is actually a Peter Stone model!

I love the Spirit and Rain horses. I always wanted to get those. They are hard to find now and expensive!

You can't see the second posted pics? Hmm... well my problem is that the now that I have my account working, the new version of Photobucket I do not know how to make the sizes smaller. So maybe that is the problem... I will try to fix it when I figure it out. I actually have two other race horse models that I missed. I will try to post them here in a minute. Thanks Kristie!

Thank you very much Alvaro, SyLoBe, and Kristie. My favorite models are my racehorse models and my Palomino recently discovered Peter Stone model. Thank you for all the nice comments and I am glad I was able to fix them so you can see them.

They are beautiful and it is great that they look so nice . It is great also to see that although you received some of them in such an earlier age that they can look so nice. Congratulations!

Thanks Roger, and yes I have a couple of the older ones, all in good condition, except for my war admiral and seabiscuit classics. They were put in a box when we were moving, and somewhere between the move, the box must have fallen or the mover guys weren't careful like they were supposed to be, and their ear tips broke off, and they got a little scratched. My dad tried to fix them but the pieces were so little it was hard to fix. Now that I am older and have a little experience with clay, I might try to add their tips again, but then again... maybe not.

wow, all those racehorses/thoroughbreds I wish I had those too ...

btw, are those horses with books still available in online stores?
