I think it's not the defenetive version. Roger comented about the year, but also tigress with cubs, indian rhinos and new giraffes doesn't appear on the catalogue, only at the eand at the new releases resume.

I didn't notice before but the cubs aren't attached to the tigress lying, that's good!

The fox looks very nice *want*. And so does the anteater : )

The tiger cubs are so cute *_* Too bad that I don't like the mom that much....

If I had money I'd probably get the carnotaurus.

It looks the definitive catalogue to me. Brown bears are not discontinued because they are the European subspecies while the new is a grizzly. Giraffes are completing a family, new one is identified like a male and the older is not identified but surely will work as a female!
But dromedary and fox were replaced. I can see that the woolly rhino is identified as new for 2013. Although the highlights are going to dimmetrodon and brachiosaurus.
I can remember that brachio was a very late 2012 release and rhino was released even before 2013. It also happens with other brands, the Mojo mountain lion was released in 2012 and it will be shown only in 2013 catalogue.

The Papo production for this year is impressive.
Models are very accaurate and - apart from horses - I will buy them all.
On top the Gibbon, the giant anteater a surprise, but I m madly in love with all the others : fox, the two new chickens, the longhorn, the dromedary and all the others, very well done Papo!! (o)):

It is also in the 2013 catalog Martien In the prehistoric pages

I really like the rhinos, gibbon, tigress, and lab. I do not like the giraffes that much...the stance of the male is odd and they look a little cartoonish to me ..like they have big smiles on them. I really like the longhorn.

Yes because they have just changed it Now the first page is from the 2013 catalogue, not as some hours before

I agree! Mojo, Papo, and CollectA are my favorites, probably, but Schleich has done really well too. This is a great year and Papo has already made me extremely happy. So many I can hardly wait for.

I keep meaning to say, I love the fox!

Dimetrodon, Carnotaurus, gharial, woolly rhino and fox for me, the indian rhino has funny proportions imo, the head is too large. Great year for papo although I was expecting other wild cat species.
That dimetrodon looks awesome!

I was hoping they would've at least released one new sea life figure, since they only have a handful and the ones that they do have are of well-known species. I was thinking that they could've done a pinneped since they don't have one or maybe even another species of whale or dolphin. However, the gibbon and garial don't look bad.

I'm digging that grizzly, of course! And the fox and the owl are a must for my "European Forest." I also really like the gibbon and the tigress with cubs. Papo's big cats always look so realistic! I'll bet with the right camera lens, ammount of light, and the proper outdoor background, you could make some incredible photo-realistic images with the tigers! Way to go, Papo! I don't collect the Elves or the dragons, but if i did, I'd like that big fire dragon! What a beast! It'd look cool under a red light. And I like the little Elf lad playing the flute. He's cute! We need more males in our elves and Faeries. It makes sense. All in all, a good year for Papo with some very unusual species.

The terier its great also the charolais cow and calf in the moouuu pose its unique too. But that texan long horn bull its great!

Now I wonder the realease dates for this items I hooe there aren't by mid 2013

It's hard to say why, but there's something in the face that I don't particularly like... It looks a bit clumsy and dull to me.
If it had some sort of expres​sion(motherly? alert? just something) I would probably like her more.

Not hating the figure, but it's not a must-get for me... : )

Can't believe we'll have to wait that long for a Giant Anteater. And according to the price, that Gibbon must be really huge, imagine Gibbon larger than Gorilla.

Papo prices are generally higher regardless of size. I paid almost 8€ for the baby Nile Crocodile and more than 15€ for the meerkats.
If you compare Papo and Mojö figures of the same size, you'll notice that Mojö cost half of half of Papo.
Prices also depend on the area, here in Italy Schleich has ridiculous prices, ranging from 6€ for smaller pieces like puppies up to 13€ for an Elephant.
