Show us your Safari Cattle!

We have a SUY about cattle, but I hope this topic can be about Safari`s catttle only.

I have always loved cows.
They are warm and calm and beautyful..and if they are allowed to live a natural, grasseating life, they smell soooooo god  

A while ago, I got some really old ones from Kristie, and being me, I just HAD to look into these lovely models.

So now I have a small collection. They are beautyful...some are VERY beautyful !

As I have not been able to find any sites with all of them, it is my hope that others will fill in the gabs and/or tell us more than the little I have been able to find out

The texas bulls. The model is from 2003. At some time the spotted one was exchanged for the solid-brown one

This cow, marked 2001, we don`t see so often.
But there were also a set of red/white ones, as this page ( see below) from a 2003 catalogue shows :

The catalogue does not show the black/white cow from `01, so it can max have been made for 2 years.

Really beautiful cattle specially the Charolais from 2006 and the Angus from 2003

Thank you for posting these Susanne, I've always wanted to see "real" photos of the latest herefords! I like the Angus and the older ones have a lot of charm about them, wonderful collection!

Great collection. I remember seeing the older Jersey family and black white counterparts in a store when I was younger. I have the Jersey cow and bull, but really want the calf and the black and white family version of them as well. But TGF does not have them anymore. Great pics too.

I was thinking about getting the Hereford cow for a long time, now after seeing your photos, I just have to get it. Thank you for this great topic and beautiful photos.

Great tread and figures! I must agree that the Charolais cow is very beautiful.
I hope some cattle collectors can help you finding the missing figures on your collection and that STS can offer one more informative topic thanks to you and other members.

The lying down black/white holstein cow, and the Hereford bull

At last the retired Hereford family is united

And so is the b/W holsteins with the unusual design...the calf is the same model as the later ones.

What a wonderful thread of cows! I like very much the Herefords 2012 and Charolais 2006, they kind of have the beauty of the cows eyes. And realsized cows can really have such beautiful and very feminine eyes
