oh dear. as much as i admire elephants, i've never been even tempted to buy one before, but every time i look at this marvel, i WANT ONE! It will surely be the oddest "sheep" in my collection, but if you make copies, please put me on the list! Sad

Welcome to the forum Elephas.
Your creations are amazing. I have detected mistakes in some of the elephant models of the big brands (all of them maybe?) so will be amazing to have one from an elephant expert Very Happy

Baltimore zoo: Yes I plan on making a bull Asian as well. I also want to make both bull and cow Savannah and forest elephants, basically a set of each living elephant species in 1:20 scale.

Me too! i think i als need al, focus on the asians. You plan to sculpt subspecies one day? For instance malayan elephant differs from indian elephant.
will you also make calves?
I'm so amazed, elephants are such popular animals and nearly all models, except for the oldies and some exceptions such as safari ww asian cow, are toyish crap.

Look forward to seeing the Asian bull! Possible to make 1-22 scale?
I also like the photo of the "Asian elephant walking position in front of a rock wall" behind the models. Think that would make a nice model as well.

I think for now I will focus on the main three species first, then perhaps subspecies and calves later on.

At this point 1:20 scale is what I plan to use for the models.
