| They maybe look like they were relatives, but Pangolins are related to Carnivores like Lions. The Aardvarks are related to Elephants and Manatees and Anteaters are related to Sloths. |

Yes, that's a fact and those are an excellent example of convergent evolution. I mention it in the intoductory post of this thread. That's not a topic related with a taxon but to animals that developped somewhat similar features due to their diet. They're all formicivores, ant-eating animals. |

But as always, I first enjoy the images and then I read the posts:) |

| You made it in 2010 and despite all the new species in the market these days, I believe it really do not exist yet in toy shape. Very wonderful work and very brave from you to make it with a baby. |

| Nice idea for a SUY! I only have the Schleich giant pangolin and Southlands' echidna shown in this thread many times already. P.S. Armadillos are not formicivores.
Nobody put here horned lizards nor thorny devils??? And what about poison dart frogs? (in captivity they're fed with fruit flies, but in nature they're myrmecophagous and they obtain their toxins from ants) _________________ My collection:- (Details):
