| no, sea Life from Collecta is im relative scale, what means that larger animals are replicated im larger size than smaller animals but without respecting their real proportions. So, an animal that is twice the size of another will be replicated im a larger size but not necessarily twice, usually only a little larger. It is the way that the majority of the ranges of major brands is working. |

| I bought Breyer Stables MAte Tractor Play set, especially for the lama and Longhornbull. But: they are not in 1:32-scale: they are to big. This i also saw with more so-called 1:32-scale-figures. I suspect, that this is because some manufacturers confuse 7 cm-figures with 1:32. 1:32-scale= 5,4 cm. |

I agree, Stable Mate horses, are only a little larger than regular 1:32 horses, though, I have longhorn and it is huge, more a 1:25 figure as well as llama. Most brands are not very good working with scales, maybe Britains was the best in that matter. I only think the Britains panda is a juvenile, the wolf more sized like a coyot and the Asian Water buffalo only can be the domesticated variant. The giant anteater looks a dwarf anteater but when we go to other vintage 1:32 scale brands, all small animals are too large and large animals too small, similar to what happens with modern major brands. |

| i totally agree Rogerio. Especially for what Britains concerns; most animals are in good 1:32-scale, but Anteter and Buffalo are to small. I allways thought, they made a mistake with the name of the wolf: he is not only to small for a wolf, but i also think he doesn't resemble a wolf: looks indeed very much like a coyote (and i plan on giving them a place in my miniature-zoo as coyotes). |
