Today I got a shockingly generous gift, two Proud Arabian Mares!

Carinosa from 2001, run of 10,000 and numbered on the belly, and the QVC Bay from 1995, run of 1,800.

Arabian horses are so beautiful! It is always exciting to see some sculptures that give a lot of justice to them! So pretty these ones are!

I love Arabians, thay always look so proud and alert   Your horses are so beautiful!  They look like they are expecting something? An apple perhaps?

Oh gosh, they are gorgeous. I love those models, in my opinion, the modern small figure companies haven't made such fine models of Arabians. The best recently in my opinion are the older Schleich and the mojo pregnant mare. But even still, they can't quite capture the fine details of their faces, like these models do. Big congrats!

I'm not a fan of the modern, extreme dished faces but I do like the older style Arabs.

This poor thing is an example of what the standard is in halter classes today:

Agree on the arab standert.. it going the wrong way for thoses horses.

And i also like the appaloosa style horse.
Al really nice horses an second hand is my favorit..
Those horses are not for the trash
Here they will and up their pretty easely when grownups trow there ''childrens stuff'' away ...

The mold is so ladylike and just beautiful! Those you got seem to be in very good condition

It is actually the Little Mermaid in Horse version. She just got the spell on her and got legs so that she can walk the land to be with her Prince...

Actually the PAM is in the lineup for this year's VC, but I'll be surprised if we ever see another RR again.

And that's unfortunately true - horses bred for that extreme muzzle do have trouble breathing at times.

People just take "beauty" to the extreme. It's like brachycephalic dogs, they have an extremely hard time breathing and adjusting to temperature simply because someone though it "looked nice" to have a dog with a smooshed face. I'm sure those poor arabs have lots of issues with their face. It's simply terrible, it almost looks like they fell on their muzzle as a foal and it healed improperly, its almost painful to look at.
