New Mojö 2017 - Asian Elephant

Hi People,

I'm so glad to got the chance to show you Mojö's new Asian Elephant.
I think it is a sweet model.
The paintwork will be updated because on the photo it is too grey but Mojo will aim for more natural dark grey-brown in the production.

As with previous models, we would like to ask you to wait at least 24 hours before sharing the pictures on different websites.

A great figure ! I like a lot the depigmentation ! Well done Mojo. Is it a female ?

i find it very realistic amd this Is the biggest praise I can give to a figure. I am really eager to check all details to see if the show goes om.

That´s a fine model, it looks very realistic and has a lot of details with good colors. Good job Mojo!

I have to say, this model has his good and not very good points...
I like the head very much...the shape of the body too.. the details on colors are very nice.
But the head is a bit too big for this body. Also the body has to be a bit longer...just a bit.
And the hind legs have to be a bit more fine.
I also don`t like so much these too simple scratches for texture..
But it is a nice Asian elephant :)

Yes. Kosta expresses it very well, - and so do you
It goes well with the African elephant, which is also important

What a lovely elephant  I love his details with the pigmented skin  This seemes to be a male with shortened tusks, very nice endeed

colour seems good enough !! there are many shades of grey n brown that you can see them with in the wild the head sculpt is beautiful .. Nice Ellie

Wow it looks good! I wonder how the paintwork will look on a store model but those dots do create a nice look here. Proportions seem just fine to me. Bravo for whoever sculpted him/her

Wow! Fantastic new elephant!

Revisiting these pictures from the much larger display of my computer instead of my mobile phone, I can see that the head should be smaller indeed and that the texture is not as nice as it seemed before. However, I am not disappointed in any way and I still find it a very promising figure.

I also agree with everything KOSTA said.  

The proportions are more suited for a younger animal but the head is that of an adult.
This is definitely an elephant cow, based on overall the anatomy.  
Females do grow small, thin tusks called  "tushes" which are normally hidden under the lip line but in some individuals can grow a bit longer.
Another inaccuracy is the model only seems to have 3 toenails on each foot when it should have 5 on the front and 4 on the back feet.
That wrinkle texture is distracting and does not follow the wrinkle patterns of a real elephant.  
Despite all this it still looks better than the new Schleich Asian elephant cow.

This is how I would revise the model to make it more anatomically accurate.
