Asian Elephant 2010 Safari Ltd Wildlife Wonders and Asian rhino from Wildlife series

Well I picked them up from the post office today - itching to unpack them all the way home - and WOW!  They are SO realistic and beautiful!  So here are a few pictures for you:
Indian Rhino

Both figures are awesome! I'd like to see a Wildlife Wonders version of the Indian rhino!
And, for the 25th million time, just wish they had made the Indian rhino larger!
I know I'm a broken record about scale, but I truly believe they need to make a line of figures in scale to each other!!!!!

no I agree with you - what do you think about the Bullyland black rhino? He's in scale with everything in that last picture I posted I think.

Bullyland can break scales like almost nobody !
Have you seen their "Soft-play" ones, - they are huuuuge !

Very nice Harriet, I like the elephant and I think the size is closer to scale with the Schleich figures.

Indian rhinos are large but smaller than the African species! The highest point of the body of an Indian rhino is almost the same as the sholders of an okapi. So the rhino is not very big but not very small too! :)
The elephant is magnificent!:)

SOme of those wildlife wonders models are brilliant and that Elephant fits in perfect scale wise with the Schleich Zebra etc.

I absolutely love that Indian Rhino - the best one I have seen so far and the size does not seem to be that big so it fits in with the Schleich models....

Yes, the Indian rhino is small and fits with them nicely on the shelf, here's a better picture with some of my rhinos:

Indian rhinos are as almost as big as white rhinos(5 ft 7 in to 6 ft 7 in) tall and can be up to 13 ft in length, and weigh over 6,000 pounds(the white rhino 5 ft to 6 ft 3 in and 10 -14 ft in length, and weigh close to 8,000 pounds)!

Bullyland black rhino... I was always like "well I don´t know" about him... He is too big:/ But your photos of him are so amazing that I must have him in my collection

The Bullyland rhino is a must have, he doesn't take up any more space than the Schleich Rhinos, he's just a bit taller.

exactly... he is taller... that´s what i was worry about...

I'm sure he will easily fit in

I am not thatkeen on the Bullyland Rhino either, there is something about its legs that doesnt sit right with me - I think they are a tiny bit too long making the rhino stand taller. Rhino's have shorter stumpier legs but the Bully Rhino has tall slender legs like an antelope or something and so I am not keen on it and its pose.....

Love the others though.

He is in an unusual pose. He's no way near as realistic as the Papo black Rhino, but I like him a lot.
