Impressive collection Saarloos, I like very much the AAA ducks

Thank you. The ducks are wonderful little models. Perhaps not totally accurate, but when wild ducks aren't represented so much I think they add variety.

@Kelly, I'd recommend the whales! The only downsides (to be expected) are the size and heft of the figures. I just really wanted to expand my whales species and it's easy to do nowadays with so many great new species models the last few years.

@Blaine, the opossum is also great! Much bigger than most collectors want, but the details for me make up for it. I also enjoy the inclusion of the wee little ones, it represents its behavior and reproduction habits subtley so it's a good teaching tool for my nieces and nephews.

I am also now torn on the Eurasian badger. I was contemplating the Papo figure, but now I am thinking Schleich (adult)!

@Blaine, if it were me, I'd pick the schleich! The papo has pleasant coloration and details but it has a very short face. In my opinion, the schleich is probably more accurate in overall proportions.

What's the weasel on the far right?

Your comparison pics sure help me decide what to choose for my Synoptic Collection. it's hard for me to perceive sizes based on published measurements, so seeing side-by-side comparisons is most helpful!

That is the mojo fun stoat, I dont think it's available in that color anymore though, they updated it to a more reddish rust sort of color. And there is the white ermine of course as well.

And I'm glad to help! I'm the same way, reading their measurements for figures doesnt give me a good idea of proper size. If you ever want to see something specifically (as you are trying decide what to buy) feel free to message me! I'm happy to take photos for comparison for anyone.
