Mojo Fun New 2021 - complete with pictures

I too am not usually excited by yet another African elephant... but this one actually looks quite good. I am excited Mojo is replacing some of their not-as-good models with better renditions. That's what companies should do. This one will likely be the first new elephant to join my shelves in years.

We should all remember too that Mojo is still pretty young as a company and they are working to progress, and as much as they have spoiled us in the past with the first ever sable antelope from a modern big brand, pangolin, crested macaque, etc. etc. they have to improve their core basic species also. I think this elephant is a huge step forward from the last.

However, I really like this figure, and depending on size I'll buy it. I said I would stop buying African elephants, that didn't last long

Indeed, proportions are very important for me and this one is catching my eyes

For some models, I don´t have any "modern" figure as I still hope to get the "perfect one" from those species. I speak of zebras, lions, bears or elephants. Compared to more rare species, we can all agree that we get nearly every year new elephants. So, until now, I waited for the perfect one in toy shape and I can wait for the next years.
But this model really looks nice and just from the promo pics, I may have found the elephant for my collection...

This elephant indeed looks good. Mojo's Asian elephant was already one of my favourites. And the previous African elephant wasn't too bad either, but this one looks less shy.

Depending on the size, this may be the only one of the tons of African elephants available by western brands, that I like enough for join my collection.

Reading previous comments, I see that Duck-Anch-Amun felt exactly the same than me.

I hope he is a good sized one. I like him. He reminds me of the big Bullyland one in terms of its pose. See my avatar. I need big elephants when they are next to smaller animals.

Me too, Roger I don't know how we will share if it's 1:32! A three way tie, he'll be avoiding covid restrictions if he's travelling from France, to England, to Scotland. He'll be going on holiday more than me

A wonderful kangaroo, each and every one of these models look beautiful, I really hope there will be a dog like these lovely figures!

I think this year is a year of improving on their past renditions of figures with a couple of new species to their range, so I would expect we will see a couple more new species, fingers crossed.

Stunning kangaroo buck! I love his face. I am excited to get some real masculine kangaroos rather than the gender confused ones (femenine type bodies but the red coats of the males).

Thanks. Once you have bought it and kept it for a few days, send it to me and I'll keep it for a while.

Jokes aside, sharing figures in the STS community would be a good fun if postal costs weren't so high. Lots of figures I'd like to have on my shelf for a short while, but that I don't want to pay the full price for.

Rely good improvement of their figurines this year  Even if it is common species, Mojo needed to modernize their range  If we are lucky they might give us some new ones too

A very classic rendition but I like the robuste body and the head is very realistic!
