Any idea of maker or species?

As far as a bird, looks like a generic vulture (unless the mystery manufacturer had an intended species).

Definitely vulture, just unsure if anyone has seen before or knows the maker

This is shaped like some sort of griffon vulture species, but it’s colored like a Black Vulture.
