My new wreathed hornbill

last week I won one of Danny's custom sculpted hornbills. It is a wreathed hornbill, a beautiful male. I also have a female comming from him as while he was going through some of his figures he found her (I had asked if there was a female to match and he told me yes, but he thought he had sold her). the female is a little smaller, has a different color pattern and a smaller casque.

Here he is the photos I took last night, and when the female arrives I'll get photos of her and the pr together in the banyon tree.

What a beautiful hornbill. Can't wait to see the female and see them on the diorama.

Wow, a very nice model. May I ask, do you know, how are the legs and feet made? Thanks.

Really beautiful, I love how it stands without base and with the legs not thickened in the way many brands do. What size is it?

Yes, Phil hasn't visited the forum since May 2021. He has a long story on STS, member #4. I hope he is doing well and obviously it would be a joy to see him back on forum.

I wrote him a few weeks ago. He have a new love so all is fine for him :)
