The most incredible gift from Ana !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Today I got a package, - from Poland
I don`t know very many people in Poland, - actually I only know one, and that is Ana .
Ana is a very unusual and wonderful person, - but nothing had prepared me for the enormous surprise, when I opened a neat box :
