TVT elephant ?

Hello,
I am a collector from Germany. Please excuse my bad English.
On a flea market (car boot sale) I have found an elephant with the advertisement letters "TVT".
It has the trademark "Schleich (s) CE / Made in Germany".
Does somebody know this model and can say more about it?

ich bin ein Sammler aus Deutschland. Bitte entschuldigt mein schlechtes Englisch.
Auf einem Flohmarkt habe ich einen Elefanten mit der Werbung "TVT" gefunden.
Er ist gemarkt mit der Kennung "Schleich (s) CE / Made in Germany".
Kennt jemand dieses Modell und kann mehr dazu sagen?

Welcome to the forum Boris. I don't know what make the elephant is, it looks nice though.

Hello and welcome, Boris. I've never seen this figure before. Might it have something to do with TV Turk in Frankfurt? Maybe it is one of Schleich's one-off corporate special edition releases. It's quite beautiful, whatever it is!

I must admitt, that i didn't see this figurine before too.
It is nice, and definitive a Schleich model indeed.
Like Schleich61 mentioned, it must be a model specially made for TVT(whatever that is, but it is a big company-group i think, that makes toys and more other stuff).
Schleich made more promotional models before in the 1980s mainly.
I think, it is the best to ask Torben himself too, as he is the specialist on this matter.

Ich muss zugeben, dass auch ich dieses Model noch nie vorher gesehen habe.
Es seiht gut aus, und ist definitiv ein Schleich Model indertat.
Wie Schleich61 schon gesagt hatt, wird es ein model sein, dass Schleich spezial für TVT gemacht hat(wass dass auch sein mag, aber ich glaube es ist eine grosse Firma mit mehreren Unterfirmen, die auch Spielzeug und so manche anderen Sachen verkaufen).
Schleich hatt mehrere Modelle gemacht für Reklame-Zwecke in den 1980er Jahren.
Ich denke auch, dass es dass beste ist um Torben hier zu fragen, da er wohl DER Spezialist auf diesem Gebiet ist.

Weil es nur eine Werbefigur ist. Also nur für den Auftraggeber hergestellt.

I understand that part Schmidtchen, but the model is unknown too.
And the models used for promotional purpoises are all models that we know from the model-lines normally.

Ich verstehe diesen Teil Schmidtchen, aber dieses Model ist unbekannt.
Und die modelle, die normalerweise für Reklame-Zwecke verwendet werden, sind meistens Modelle aus uns bekannten Model-Linïen.

Ahhh, the answer. Thank you for that. I will google that immediately to learn more about this society. Given their mission, an elephant seems appropriate, given their status in the wild, and the training practices employed by some circuses.
