| As some of us, I'm still waiting for the 2010 CollectA animals... I hope they will come soon. In the meantime, let me show you the CollectA's zebra which is IMHO a very nice figure. It is a little bit bigger than the last Schleich herd but it can easily live with the Papo's blue wildebeest so...

| nice zebra, he would fit, his size is such that as long as he wasn't right next to the schleich male no one could tell they were different. It seems to be about the same size as the AAA zebra I have coming from Stecal. That one is in the feeding pose, but he seems a little bigger when they are next to each other. |

| Congratulations for this wonderful piece of Zebra from the CollectA, Christophe. It gives me a good idea to have it in the near future. And like everybody else, I am also waiting for the great arrivals of the new animals from the CollectA for this year. Super excited!!! |

See Picture : [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] Yes, it's the same mold but the paintings are less fine. I bought mine in january, maybe they changed the colors to compete with the 2009 SCHLEICH ? |

I bought mine in january, maybe they changed the colors to compete with the 2009 SCHLEICH ? I bought mine only in February 2010 and the paint job is completely different. |

| Very nice zebra Kiki! You know i have a special place for zebra's like Phil. I have to get this one. Dean did send me a zebra from Blip Toys(some people give it another brand)a while ago, that has the same size, and is quit simular to this one, only different position of his legs, and he is walking. Here is the pic. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

| I have the Blip model as well, he fits right in with the Schleich and other brands, I like the pose, but mine was so poorly painted I had to repaint him. The one I bought had very few stripes and the striping was not crisp, it was smudged. I don't know why the individual I got had such a bad painting, it was the only one they had, part of a set sold here in the states by Walmart. |

| Yes, you can be unlucky when you try to find a model like this... Normally you take them into your hands, and try to pick out the best, but when there is only one available... |

| Hey! I personally really like the zebra with Collecta. Stripes are in order, figure only slightly more for the horse, Grevy's zebra, or similar, and this is the common zebra . But the most successful model. :) |

| I also like the CollectA zebra! :) Maybe some more and thinner strips in the legs and longer back legs and it would be perfect! I enjoy more the longer body of this zebra than the short body of Schleich zebras! But the painting of Schleich ones is fantastic! :) |

| Hey! In total it so! But not only collect zebra with companies such as Schleich, collect bullyland, safari ltd .. I also deal with such "fake" from "Made in China", but some are very nice (really)! Now I'm going to buy a zebra from the Safari Ltd and collecting Mojo Fun 2012, and besides several species of antelope this year, among other things, collect, and they are waterbuck and Eland .. can tempt even the antelope Sables, but still I see! :) This year I have zamair reduce the purchase of a zebra, antelope and increase the purchase! : D |

| Humm... I´m sorry but I don´t like that zebra... For me looks like a cartoonish one. I don´t know... Maybe the super-straight back, or the bird-like mandibles and nostrils :S
But you wanted it, so congrats for your adition! _________________ Visit my collection gallery at [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]Visit my art gallery at [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]I accept commissions! |
