UKRD religious edmontosaurus

Hello friends!
Some days ago I've found for 1 Euro, in a "Christmas church shop" a bag with some dinosaurs, all are very toyish but this one is different, toyish too, but of hard plastic and some realism!
In it's belly says 1991 Edmontosaurus. Made in China, of course like almost figures even from the best brands!
Does anyone have more information about this old school dino?

I don't know what brand it is, but congratulations on your find Roger! I like the colour

I think it is the UKRD edmontosaurus. UKRD is a chinese company which produced a lot of stuff in the 1990's.

It looks like a copy of the UKRD edmontosaurus,because the original one was brown-grey.
Check his belly for the UKRD mark!

With your help I've found some information about the dino in DTF! One of pics there is this one!
The UKRD is from 1991 too! So I think that is difficult this one be a copy!
But I'd loved to have a copy from a Chinasaur!!! The sculpting is the same, the painting is very different,

Oh yes, I do know that brand. I have a couple of the dinosaurs at the top, in the picture Torben posted.

Even i, with my small dino-collection do have some of them...

Check your new models always carefully onthe markings that are under it, or on the legs, under the tail and so on, then you will learn more.
Made in China is very obvious these days, as even the very known brands have that, like Schleich, Bullyland and so on...
Write down every letter what is on the model, this way you find more info(when it is there....)

So now Tedyy is my good friend and I love him

hey, I just found some four UKRD models among my old figures of my childhood, too!
I still remember that i bought them at flee-markets when i was younger^^
they are:
- brachiosaurus
- pachycephalosaurus
- dimetrodon
- tyrannosaurus

there is also a triceratops without any brand on it, in the colours black (body) and red (face and neck-shield).

...i'm thinking about selling them, as they don't fit to my Schleich-collection
