CollectA African Wild Ass - Final Revised model photos

Here are some quick photos of the final plastic Wild ass model alongside some Schleich relatives. I am sure Christophe will create a better walk around of this model at some point. this is just a taster for now.

Although I don't know if this will be on my wish list, I find all shapes of it a bit bizarre    The back angle shows very untypical legs and hindquarters. I will think if I want this figure or not

That's how I feel. But, I appreciate CollectA taking the change and making this over another plain old zebra or standard donkey.   

Unfortunately I must agree with Anna..it is such a shame with that hindlegs/rump. Not only are the legs weird, but the rump is too heavy compared to the shoulder  
Talking about shoulder, - a great detail that the withers are so marked, - but perhaps a bit exaggerated ? If he was filled out a bit there, he might look more harmonious ?   

But never mind, -  surely belongs in my donkey-collection, - how could he not ?

I have the same feeling unfortunately, despite I appreciate a lot CollectA's effort to provide such an unusal equine species I can't tell I'm very happy with the model shape
