As promised here some close-ups of the unknown brown bear.
It is 13cm long and 6cm tall.

Very interesting presentation.
Probably at least one of the bears is by company Lisanto (former GDR). Possibly also by the PGH Effelder. You speak perfect German, so I have posted some German links below, perhaps it helps a little bit.

Da dein Deutsch perfekt ist, habe ich Dir einige Links gepostet, die vielleicht ein wenig weiterhelfen.

Die Ähnlichkeit beider Bären ist verblüffend. Einer der beiden Bären oder auch beide könnten von Lisanto sein. Die Firma stellte die Bären hauptsächlich für ihr Wildwest Programm her.
Die Firma Lisanto von Anton Röder produzierte in Thüringen und 1972 erfolgte die Verstaatlichung und der Beitritt zu VEB Spielzeugland. Lisanto wurde zum „Volkseigenen Betrieb.“ Die Hersteller wurden nach und nach enteignet und zu Kombinaten zusammengeschlossen. So könnte der eine Bär von Lisanto sein. Der zweite eventuell auch, wurde dann aber später unter dem Namen des Kombinats oder des volkseigenen Betriebes (VEB ) hergestellt und vertrieben.

Eventuell weiß aber Andreas (widukind) mehr zu diesem Thema.

yes it is the same model as the link in the Leyla topic,
only this one and the polarbear i found on ebay germany.
and the paint job is diferent too.
